 A Braxton County man has been arrested after he allegedly shot a woman with a CO-2 BB pistol.
23-year-old Joseph Dobbins (left) of Gassaway is charged with malicious or unlawful assault in the case.
State Police are saying he allegedly shot a woman four times with the pistol.
Dobbins is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
State Police in Braxton County are investigating.
