Virginia Bower, 82, of Orlando, Florida, died June 7 in Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Born in Calhoun County, WV, she was a daughter of the late Argaylus Paul and Ida Mae Merrill Walker. She was a former
employee of the Greyhound Corporation and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Orlando, where she served in the
thrift shop.
Surviving are two daughters, Juanita Baker of Ocean City, MD, and Barbara Bower of Orlando; one sister, Florence Rogers
of Norton, Ohio; two granddaughters; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, one sister and three brothers.
Funeral services will be noon Saturday at Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville, WV with the Rev. Gary Walker officiating.
Interment
will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery at Grantsville.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
