| GEAR UP [Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs] will be sponsoring a financial aid workshop for students and parents on January 17 at 6:00 p.m. in the library at Calhoun County Middle High School.
Karen Lay, Director of Financial Aid from Glenville State College, will be available to answer any questions that parents might have and assist with completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Students must complete and submit a FAFSA to be eligible for federal and state financial aid. The deadline for submitting the FAFSA is March 1, 2012.
Refreshments will be provided and prizes will be awarded throughout the evening. There is no fee to attend the workshop.
