| A hunter reported missing in southern Clay County was not likely missing at all.
Clay firefighters said the man reported missing Tuesday night called the fire station to report he was OK.
Firemen searched for the 28-year-old Gauley Bridge bow hunter until 3 a.m. Wednesday when fog and heavy rain in the rough terrain around Lizemores caused the search to be called.
A friend of the man reported him missing.
Natural Resources Police told media they believe the man was not lost and did not spend the night in the woods.
