| Patricia Ann Metz, 73, of Parkersburg, passed away September 27, 2011 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
She was born in Calhoun County WV, a daughter of the late Charles Delmar Welch and Eleanor Duley Welch.
Surviving are her seven children, Robert Metz of Grantsville WV, Kathy Ann Cotten of Clarksburg WV, Linda (Ronnie) Burkhammer of Weston WV, Andy Metz, Debbie Metz, Allen Metz and Rick Metz all of Parkersburg WV; grandchildren, Mike (Tara) Metz, Willie (Nichole) Nelson, Jessie (Eddie) Metz of Grantsville, Ronnie Burkhammer, Jr. of Weston, Anthony (Mandy) Burkhammer of Troy WV, Leigh Ann (Tim) Burkhammer of Jane Lew WV, Jake (Miranda) Nelson Of Beech WV, and Nikki Wright of Parkersburg; great grandchildren are Samantha Diane Lott, Brianna Burkhammer, Tyanne Wimer, Amber Burkhammer, Trenton and Tyler Nelson, Bailey Metz, and Eddie Burrow IV; brothers, Howard (Sandra) Welch and James (Bessie) Welch of Five Forks WV, Larry Welch Welch of TN and Billie Welch of Ravenswood WV; sisters, Thelma (Bud) Winters of Burning Springs WV, Jean McCray of Parkersburg, Betty (Marvin) Wilson and Loretta Scott of Grantsville.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death bu several aunts and uncles.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Stump Funeral Home of Grantsville is in charge of the arrangements.
