The 2011 special gubernatorial election is underway.
The first voters across the state were at their county courthouses or voter registration offices first thing Wednesday morning to cast their early vote.
Calhoun voters can cast their early votes at the County Clerk's office in Grantsville.
Early voting will continue in all 55 counties through Saturday, Oct. 1.
