| Marylu "Mamaw" Marie Strauser Miller of Akron, formerly of Calhoun, was born July 19, 1959 and left this earthly world to walk with the Lord on Friday, September 9, 2011.
Marylu was preceded in death by her parents Geraldine Szabo and Gerald Strauser. She leaves behind her estranged husband Gene Miller, daughter Laura Miller Kasarda, son Jonathan Miller, step-son Scott Miller; brothers Bruce Strauser, Gerry Strauser, Bill Davies, sisters Donna (Dan) Schmidt, Sabina Strauser, grandsons Lucas and Kody Kasarda, and many more nieces, nephews, "daughters," "sons," and "grandchildren."
Marylu loved making afghans, plastic canvas crafts, playing solitaire, but most of all she loved her Lukey Dukey and Kody Rody.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be Saturday, September 17 at 11 am at St. Joe's Church in Mantua, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, donations can be mailed to the family to help with expenses at 1221 SmithFarm Ave, Akron, OH 44305. |
