A Gilmer County man has been arrested after authorities say he inappropriately touched a four year old child.
52-year old Charles Emerson (left) has been charged with two counts of first degree sexual abuse, and two counts of third degree sexual assault.
Police say that during an investigation, it was revealed that Emerson had touched a four year old child on more than one occasion.
He is in the Central Regional Jail on a $200,000 cash or surety bond.
