| Paytin Fay Duncan-Leach, 16 days old, the daughter of Savannah Fay Duncan and Derek Wayne Leach of Spencer, West Virginia, died Monday, August 22, 2011, in the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati, OH.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her maternal grandparents, Kerry and Tammy Duncan of Amma WV; paternal grandparents, David Leach of Goshen IN and Tracey Leach of Spencer; maternal great grandparents, James and Barbara Collins of Newton WV; paternal great grandparents, David and Loretta White of Goshen; aunts and uncle, Alisha and Richard Conley of Spencer, and Amanda Elmore of Spencer.
Paytin was preceded in death by her maternal great grandparents, Amp and Delphi Duncan; paternal great grandparents, James and Samara Butler; and an uncle, Kerry Duncan.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 27 at 1:00 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Roy Huffman officiating. Burial will be in the Keen Cemetery, Newton.
