| MAN PUTS GUN TO WIFE'S HEAD - A Kanawha County man is behind bars for allegedly putting a gun to his wife's head and threatening to kill her.
Wallace Lee Jackson, 34. of St. Albans, is charged with wanton endangerment.
A criminal complaint says Jackson's wife was trying to leave for work when Jackson threw her purse onto their roof, hit and choked her and then put a gun to her head.
Jackson is also accused of hitting the victim's mother and a juvenile inside the home.
Authorities say domestic battery and battery charges are pending.
TEEN SHOOTS WOMAN IN BACK - Police have issued a warrant for a teenager accused of shooting a woman in Huntington Saturday morning.
Police say 18-year-old Emmanuel Lopez likely shot Anquinette Turner in the back.
Turner is listed in critical condition at St. Mary's Hospital.
