Dye then turned the gun on himself, shooting himself in the head.

ATF AGENTS SEIZE PAWN SHOP GUNS - One thousand shotguns, rifles and handguns have been seized from a pawn shop in Danville. Two dozen agents came to Britton's Pawn Shop following an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the US Attorney's office.

Federal agents said the owner was prohibited from selling the guns, and was reportedly using another dealer to do his business.

The ATF took Britton's firearm license in 2007, after discovering that he had concealed and sold stolen guns in his store.

Britton has worked out an agreement where he will sell his guns to an authorized dealers, with the proceeds to be held in escrow, waiting the outcome of charges which will be filed against him.

Federal officials say WV is one of the top states supplying illegal guns to criminal operations around USA, after using a tracking system on the origin of guns used in the commission of crimes.
