TWO ST. ALBANS MEN MURDERED - Two men were shot dead late Saturday night in St. Albans with Charlie Lee Booker, 41, being charged with their murders, after he allegedly shot and killed the men along Wilson Avenue.
Media reports say Jacqui Miller, 28, said her brother, Joseph E. Miller, 31, of St. Albans, who was one of the men shot dead, was trying to protect her three kids and other children who live in the area from a reckless driver when he was killed.

FAIRMONT POLICEMAN STABBED - A Fairmont police officer is recovering after a suspect stabbed him in the throat.
Police identified the suspect as Hobert Thomas Livingston, Jr., 22, from Fairmont.
Livingston has been arrested on charges of attempted murder and wanton endangerment after an incident on East Grafton Road, Sunday.
According to a press release, Livingston was leaving an emergency room, in police custody, when he attacked the officer.
The officer was able to fire his gun while he struggled with Livington, hitting Livingston in the chest. Livingston was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital.
The officer, who was not identified, was treated at Fairmont General Hospital for the throat cut and defensive wounds on his hands.
WESTON BANK ROBBER WITH GUN - Weston Police are looking for a man with a gun who entered a Weston bank at 11 a.m. Saturday.
The man told bank tellers he would shoot them if they didn't cooperate.
He then left the bank on foot with money.
He was photographed on the bank's camera system.
FIGHT ENDS WITH GUNSHOTS - A physical altercation in Huntington lead to gunshots and ended with a man in the hospital.
Police said as many as half of a dozen people were fighting along the street in Huntington, Sunday when the suspect pulled out a gun and fired.
Keith Goode was shot in the chest and hand and was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital where he is listed in serious condition.
Police say arrests are pending.
