| Two Roane County residents have been arrested by the WV State Police on multiple counts of child neglect and domestic battery.
Timothy Ed Rhodes, 20, is in Central Regional Jail charged with nine counts of child neglect and nine counts of domestic battery. He is being held on $207,000 bond.
Tammy Lynn Nichols, 39, is charged with nine counts of child neglect and is being held on $180,000 bond. |
