JURY FINDS VANDAL NOT GUILTY OF GRAND LARCENY |

A Calhoun jury has found William Edward Vandal, Jr., 24, not guilty of stealing a truck and equipment from Megan Oil and Gas. Vandal had been indicted for grand larceny and conspiracy to commit grand larceny, related to an incident that happened over a year ago. Vandal was represented by Grantsville attorney F. John Oshoway. The case went to trial Wednesday in Grantsville before Judge David Nibert.
