Two Spencer brothers have been indicted on possession of child pornography by a grand jury of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
A press release says the indictments were handed down Tuesday against Jacob T. Seen, 22, who was named in a two-count indictment for alleged possession and receiving child pornography.
Adam K. Seen, his brother, was indicted on a charge of possession of child pornography, according to U.S. Attorney R. Booth Goodwin II.
The press release says, if convicted, Jacob Seen faces up 30 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
Adam Seen faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
The indictments came following a 2009 investigation by the West Virginia State Police.
