ELKINS STABBING - An Elkins woman has been taken into custody in connection with an alleged stabbing. Jessica Kirkpatrick, 29, is charged with malicious wounding, allegedly stabbing James Arbogast early Monday morning.
Officers say he was stabbed twice, once in the neck and once in the arm. He was taken to Davis Memorial Hospital, where he is recovering.
KROGERS HELD-UP - Police in Morgantown are searching for a man who robbed a bank inside the Kroger store on Patterson Drive.
It happened in mid afternoon, while the store was very busy.
Police say a man went to the Clear Mountain Bank inside the Kroger, showed a hand gun, and ran away on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
He is described as being about six feet tall and about 180 pounds, wearing a blonde wig with a pony tail, a white and blue hat with the words World Champion on the front.
