| James Richard "Gouger" Foreman, 56, of Walton, West Virginia, died Sunday, July 3, 2011, in the CAMC-General Hospital, Charleston.
He was born April 12, 1955, at Walton, a son of Barbara Lou White Foreman Jerrell of Walton and the late Clyde Edward Foreman.
He was a disabled oil field worker and an Army veteran.
In addition to his mother, survivors include a son, Anthony Foreman of Walton; stepson, Roland Hunt of Walton; brother, Roger Foreman of Wooster OH; four grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, July 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with the Rev. David Walker officiating. Burial will be in the Mahan Cemetery, Walton.
Friends may call Thursday from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m.
