| Lorene B. Nicoles, 87, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Friday, June 24, 2011, at home.
She was born August 13, 1923, at Reedy WV, a daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin and Ottie Mae Greathouse Murray. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hershal Nicoles; a brother, Clarence Olen Murray; a sister, Edna Prine.
Mrs. Nicoles was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Christie L. Hicks and Deborah Nicoles both of Spencer; two grandchildren, Cara Franck of Gandeeville WV and Corey Hicks of Raleigh NC; a brother, Arnold Murray of Reedy.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 26 at 2:30 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer. Burial will be in the Eventide Cemetery, Spencer.
Friends may call Sunday two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.
