Chelsea Hicks (above) was selected the Wood Festival Idol winner, competing against 16 other contestants Friday night at the 49th Wood Festival.
She is the daughter of Chuck and Gina Hicks of Big Bend, and receives a one song demo recording session at Sweetsong Productions in Parkersburg.
