| Waldo Drake, 71, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away May 30, 2011 at Roane General Hospital, Spencer, after a brief illness.
He was born in Clay County WV a son of the late Denver and Alta Tanner Drake.
Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Pauline Drake whom he married June 6, 1964; two brothers, Ronnie Drake and Leo Drake both of Rosedale WV; one sister, Audrea Parsons of Arnoldsburg WV; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd Drake and Lester Drake.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 1 at the Bailey Cemetery at Beech, Calhoun County, with Rev. Rick Metheney officiating.
