Ronald L. Mace, 74, of Spencer, WV died May 17, 2002, on his farm.
He was born March 31, 1928, in Roane County, a son of the late Gay L. Mace
and Beulah Church Mace Butler. He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum, attended
the Leatherbark Community Church and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean
War.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara E. Mace; two sons, Stanley Mace of Spencer
and Steven Mace of New Haven; one daughter, Cheryl Boggs of Fairfield, PA.;
two brothers, Arnold Mace of Spencer and Larry Mace of Given; and two
grandchildren, Brandon and Chelsea Boggs.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Garland Mace.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2002, at the Starcher
Cemetery, Calhoun County, with the Rev. D.L. Kirby officiating. There will be no
visitation.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to a church of your choice or your
favorite charity.
