BATH SALTS LINKED TO SHOOTING - A Kanawha County man, Arthur Jackson Byrd III, 33, was high on bath salts and hallucinating when he grabbed his 12-gauge shotgun and attempted to fire over the head of Min Lin, a pizza delivery woman.
Byrd said he thought the woman was a burglar.
Byrd has now pleaded guilty to wanton endangerment.
About 10 of the pellets struck Min Lin, several struck her head and some lodged in her skull, according to Kanawha County assistant prosecutor Fred Giggenbach.
Min Lin recovered from her injuries, but still suffers post-concussion symptoms.
