In what many vote watchers felt was going to be a confused and mixed bag of
results, Sunday hunting went down in all 35 counties. Other counties will have the
issue on the ballot this fall, including Wirt County.

Wood - 7,639 no, 5,631 yes
Calhoun - 928 no, 653 yes
Gilmer - 1,070 no, 648 yes
Roane - 2,114 no, 1,352 yes
