A Calhoun Grand Jury brought six indictments Tuesday morning in Grantsville. - Aaron Chad Wright, 21, Smithville, altering prescription, one count. - Shelby Michael Davis, 21, Looneville, conspiracy to commit a felony, one count; burglary, two counts. - Jody Lynn Shock, 32, Millstone, burglary, one count; conspiracy to commit a felony, one count. - Issac Paul Bell, 21, New Martinsville, accessory before the fact of burglary, one count; conspiracy to commit a felony, one count. - Matthew Ryan Nicholas, 28, Grantsville, burglary, one count; grand larceny, one count. - Margaret E. King, 30, Grantsville, fraudulent schemes, one count. An indictment is not an indication of guilt, rather, it means a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial. |
