Following an investigation by Natural Resources Police Officer Jason B. Hudson, Acord was arrested and arraigned before Magistrate Jack Hellems in Hinton.

His sentence was plea bargained to fines only with no jail time. Each count carries a sentence of $200 in fines and $160.80 in court costs for a total on each count of $360.80, or $1,080.42 in all.
