| Martha Ann Heffner, 54, of Panther, West Virginia, formerly of Calhoun County WV, died Friday, April 15, 2011, in Welch Community Hospital, Welch WV.
Martha was born February 10, 1957, in Parkersburg WV, the daughter of the late Chester and Abigail Wilson Heffner. She worked as an EMT in Ripley, Ohio for over twenty years and most recently worked in the Admissions Office of Welch Community Hospital.
Survivors include one son, James Michael Bordwine of Richmond VA; two brothers, Larry Heffner of Lewisburg WV, and John Heffner of Elizabeth WV; numerous nieces and nephews and a very special friend and loved one Ricky McGuire of Panther.
In honoring the wishes of Ms. Heffner her body has been cremated.
A memorial service will be held April 30, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Prosperity Baptist Church at Big Springs WV with Rev. Ken Heiney officiating.
Interment will be conducted at a later date in the Nobe cemetery.
Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger is assisting with arrangements.
