Leslie Garrett was crowned the 2011 Richwood Ramp Festival Queen April 2nd at Richwood High School.
She will reign over the Richwood Ramp Festival - "Feast of the Ramson" on April 16th. This is the 73 year of the festival making it the longest running ramp festival in West Virginia.
Leslie will also represent the festival at the West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festivals Queen of Queens's pageant in January 2012.
Leslie is the 18 year old daughter of Stanley and Pamela Garrett of Mt. Zion. She is a 2010 graduate of Calhoun County High School and attends the University of Charleston where she majors in biology and pre-pharmacy.
