Bus drivers from eight regional counties came to Calhoun yesterday to compete in the annual
School bus Roadeo at Calhoun Middle-High School, the first time it has been held here,
according to administrator Donnie Pitts.
Several local bus drivers entered the competition, which involves critical skills going through
obstacle courses and following strict safety rules throughout the event. The winners will be
announced, said Pitts.
