| Doyle Gene Hall, 77, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away March 27, 2011 at Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
He was born January 31, 1934 at Beech, a son of the late Cecil and Nettie Bowers Hall.
He was a US Army Veteran serving from 1956 to 1958. He was retired from Monongahela Power Company with 31 years service. He enjoyed making baskets, working on clocks and being with family and friends, hunting and fishing.
Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Bessie Mae Murphy Hall; two daughters, Reta and Anita; one brother, Donald Richard Hall; eight grandchildren; and four step grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister and one brother.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, April 1 at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg WV with Rev. Terry Burgess officiating. Interment will be in Bailey Cemetery at Beech with military graveside rites. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 31. |
