An end loader turned over and nearly went in the West Fork of the Little Kanawha
along Route 16, north of Minnora yesterday afternoon.
The loader reportedly spilled oil or fuel and officials were called to take care of the
situation. There were no reports of injuries.
The accident happened at 3:15 near Giar's Grocery.
The Calhoun Sheriff's Department responded.
Roane emergency personnel responded to a car accident at 2:20 p.m. on Charleston
Road yesterday afternoon, the vehicle landing under a bridge. No other details
available.
