| The driver of a 1994 Ford truck failed to negotiate a turn on Sand Ridge Friday night, the vehicle crashed over a steep embankment, a long distance from US 33-119.
Sources at the scene indicated the driver and passenger received only minor injuries, climbing the hill back to the highway.
WV State Police are investigating the accident.
Earlier in the day, the Arnoldsburg VFD answered a call to Sinking Springs to what was reported to be an oil tank burning. On arrival, firemen discovered it was a controlled burn. |
