Egra Elizabeth Starkey, 89, formerly of Grantsville and Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed on Feb. 28, 2011, at Clarksburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born April 19, 1921, in Calhoun County, daughter of the late Benjamin and Mary Starkey.
Egra is survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Lilly Poling, Violet Starkey, Martha Yoak, Gladys Morrison, Juanita Walker and Bonnidene Crawford; and brothers, Tillman Starkey, Harry B. Starkey, Leon Starkey, Bobby Starkey and Chester Starkey.
A private family service was held March 3, 2011, with interment at Evergreen North Cemetery. |
