| March winds swept over Braxton County, toppling the county's 911 communication tower that serves 14,000 residents.
Emergency responders had no communication to the 911 center after the tower went down at 10:30 a.m. Monday.
Officials have been hard at work trying to get communications back up and running.
A mobile communications center has been placed in operation to provide limited communications, dispatchers say they have been able to dispatch responders.
