Eleanor Stump, 85, went home to be with her Lord on
Thursday, January 20, 2011, surrounded by her children and grandchildren.
A longtime resident of the Norton-Barberton area, she was a member of the
Akron Baptist Temple.
Preceded in death by her precious mother, Rosa Hathaway Barnes; husband,
Earl P. Stump; son, Larry E. Stump; daughter, Karen J. Cromer and
great-grandson, Seth Cromer; Eleanor is survived by her children, Patricia
(Bill) Wiley, Bill (Cindy) Stump, Nancy R. (Bob) Stachowicz, Kimberly
(Chuck) Dunham and Mark A. (Jamie) Stump; son-in-law, Roderick (Bill)
Cromer, Sr.; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and many other dear
family members and friends.
The family received friends Sunday, Jan. 23 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., Barberton.
Funeral service was held Tuesday, Jan. 25 at Rush Run Baptist Church,
Stumptown W.Va., with Pastor Jason Wiley and Pastor Bret Wiley officiating.
Burial was in Collins Cemetery.
