| Robert Lewis Fitzwater, 77, of Grantsville, West Virginia, passed away January 6, 2011 at Minnie Hamilton Health System in Grantsville.
He was born in Richfield, Ohio, a son of Raymond and Grace Jensik Fitzwater. He enjoyed raising registered Belgian horses, logging, attending church and long drives with his wife on Sunday.
He was a retired farmer and log truck driver and attended Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Ruth Fitzwater; two sons, Bill and his wife Terry of Calhoun GA, and Dan and his wife Tina of Newark WV; a daughter, Lori Fitzwater of 29 Palms CA; a sister, Nancy Janis of Richfield OH; a nephew, Mike Conroy of Richfield; and five grandchildren, Reed, Emilee, Travis, Samantha and Grace.
Services will be held at another time.
