| William J. "Willie" Turner, 54, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Wednesday, December 29, 2010, in the Louis A. Johnson Veterans Administration Medical Center, Clarksburg, after an extended illness.
He was born September 19, 1956, in St. Petersburg, Florida, a son of the late James Owen and Freda Maudell Brannon Turner.
He was a welder and a veteran of the U. S. Army.
Survivors include his wife, Gloria; daughters, Amber and Ashlee Turner; sons, Owen and Nathan Turner; brother, Eddie Colvin of SC; and half-sister, Donna Rosier of FL.
A funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, January 4, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Dr. Kenneth J. Seen officiating. Burial with military honors will be in the WV National Cemetery, Grafton, WV.
Friends may call at the funeral home one hour before the service.
