Residents in several West Virginia counties have flooded the Public Service Commission with complaints about uncollected garbage.
PSC spokeswoman Susan Small says the PSC has received more than 100 calls in recent weeks.
Waste Management is saying that slick roads, mostly off main highways, is causing pick-up problems.
Waste Management plans to collect garbage in most counties by Monday.
If customers can't store garbage until it's picked up, Small says they can take it to a landfill, get a receipt and deduct the cost from their Waste Management bill.
