Greta Bailey Suttle Brown, 86, of Long Bottom, Ohio passed away Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2010, at Rocksprings Rehab Center, Pomeroy, Ohio.
She was born Jan. 9, 1924 in Minnora, W.Va., daughter of the late Lester W. and Maude Knotts Bailey. She was a member of the Fellowship Church of the Nazarene, a retired school teacher and a retired school administrator.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, John L. and Susan Suttle; a granddaughter, Kristina and Randy Boston; a grandson, John L. "Chip" Suttle II; four great-grandchildren, Sarah and Jacob Boston and Lillyann and Rex Suttle; and a sister, Virginia Starcher of Minnora, W.Va.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, James W. Suttle; her second husband, Sheridan G. Brown; and two brothers, Kinder Kelley and Kiser Kelley.
Services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at White-Schwarzel Funeral Home, Coolville, Ohio with Pastor Russ Carson officiating. Burial will be in the Minnora Cemetery.
Friends may call one hour prior to service on Sunday.
