The Calhoun County Committee on Aging celebrated National Mitten Tree Day on December 20.
The CCCOA aimed to collect 45 pairs of mittens. Their goal was reached with a total of 50 pair to place upon the tree.
The mittens will be given to children in need at Pleasant Hill and Arnoldsburg Elementary Schools.
Thank you to everyone that made the tree full of mittens. We celebrate some warmer little hands in Calhoun County and a Christmas where giving has not been forgotten.
