| Marie Maxine McCumbers, 71, of Orma, West Virginia, passed away November 24, 2010 at home following an extended illness.
She was born in Calhoun County February 16, 1939, a daughter of the late Claude and Clara Cottrell Rogers.
Surviving are two daughters, Debbie Mace of Spencer WV and Tina Roff of Phoenix AZ; two stepdaughters, Sharon Knotts of Orma and Earnestine Fulks of Rosedale WV; stepson, Kelvin McCumbers of Orma; two grandchildren, Brandy Roff and Ryan Roff; nine step grandchildren; 11 step great grandchildren; three brothers, Robert Leon Rogers of Gallipolis OH, Basil Lee Rogers of Warren OH and Nelson Rogers of Shock WV; and a sister, Shirley Jean Collins of Marion VA.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years Thomas E. McCumbers; six sisters and 3 brothers.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29 at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg. Rev. Carl Marks will officiate. Interment will be in the Mt. Run Cemetery at Nicut.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until time of services Monday.
