Wanda Louise Love Post age 83 of Glenville, West Virginia, departed this life at 6:45 a.m., Tuesday, November 16, 2010 in Glenville Care and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.
She was born January 9, 1927 in Gilmer County a daughter of the late Jim "J.O." and Ora Parsons Oliver.
Wanda was retired from the Gilmer County Board of Education where she was a cook for most of her years at Sand Fork and then Glenville. She was an avid bingo player and Baptist by faith.
Surviving are 2 daughters and 1 son, Connie Beall and husband Bunker of Glenville, Susie Singleton and husband Jerry of Vadis and Ronnie Love of Glenville; two grandsons, David Beall and wife Tabby and Mark Beall all of Glenville; three great grandchildren, twins Adam and Luke Beall and Alexis Beall.
Wanda was the last surviving member of her immediate family having been preceded by 2 children, Wilma and Terry Love and 2 brothers, Paul and Fred Oliver.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Church of God of Prophecy, Sand Fork at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 19, 2010 with Pastor Bryan Groves officiating. Burial will follow in the Big Run Cemetery at Napier. Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.
