 Osa Wilson Fowler (left) of Grantsville will be celebrating her 90th birthday Sunday, November 21 at the Grantsville Senior Center, from 1 to 4 p.m.
Ms. Fowler's friends and neighbors are invited to attend, no gifts please.
"She values her independence," says son Mike Fowler, who with his brother Randel frequently check on their mother.
She was married to Wood Flower in 1938. Wood died in 1993.
Osa was born at Apple Farm, the daughter of the late George and Bessie Stump Wilson.
Osa frequently attends the one-room school reunions held annually in the county.
