Former President Bill Clinton will be in Beckley on Monday â the eve of the general election â to campaign for Gov. Joe Manchin in his bid for the U.S. Senate.
Clinton's visit follows Sarah Palin stumping for Raese Saturday in Charleston.
Clinton will join Manchin for a campaign rally at the Tamarack Conference Center.
The free public event, billed as an old-fashion, rally-style event, is scheduled to begin at 2:45 p.m. Monday.
Access to the event will start at 1:30 p.m., the Manchin campaign said. No tickets are needed. No signs will be allowed. |
