Calhoun High School Lady Red Devils hosted Braxton County on Tuesday, October 12.
The JV lost to Braxton 25-23, 25-15.
Chelsea Hicks led the team in service points with 8 points, 4 aces; followed by Stephanie Hall 7 points, Shayla Arnold 3 points, 1 ace; Autumn Blair 2 points, 1 ace; Megan Barton 2 points, 1 ace; and Amanda Carter 2 points. Setting: Hicks 32/37, 5 assists.

The Varsity defeated Braxton 25-17, 25-20, 25-22.

The CHS Varsity will travel to Charleston on Saturday, October 16 to play in the Irish Invitational hosted by Charleston Catholic.
Senior night for the CHS Lady Red Devils will be Tuesday, October 19 when Calhoun hosts a varsity quad with Williamstown, Ravenswood and Clay County for their last home match of the season. Senior night recognition will begin at 5:50 p.m. with play immediately following.
