Calhoun's Christmas Connection Give-Away will be held at the Armory near Big Bend on December 16, with an alternate snow date of December 17.
The Give-Away is a one day event in which pre-approved applicants based on need, choose one large toy, two medium toys, two small toys, books, hats and gloves, wrapping paper, and Christmas decorations for each child. Each approved family will also receive food items.
Calhoun's Christmas Connection project replaces the former Angel Tree Project in Calhoun County.

Deodorant, Bath and Body Works, Makeup, Small Balls, Baby Bottles, Candy, Games, Hair Accessories/Ribbons, Small Toys, Card Games, Hot Wheels/Small cars/trucks, School Supplies, Bubble Bath, Perfume,
Lip Gloss/Chap Stick, Legos, Action Figures, Baby Lotion/Powder
