Minnie Hamilton Health System is pleased to welcome to their staff Melanie Wilson, Physician Assistant.
Melanie has over fourteen years of experience working in health care clinics across the state. Most recently, she has worked for Roane County Family Health Care.
Melanie received her Bachelor of Science in Medical Science/Physician Assistant from Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, WV in May 1997. She has received several awards including Deans List, AB College 1993-1996; National Health Corps Scholarship Recipient 1994-1997; and West Virginia Rural Health Fellowship Recipient in May 1996.
Melanie is a native West Virginian from Preston County, WV. She is known for her personal relationships with her patients. She is family-orientated and enjoys the rural community atmosphere found in Calhoun and Roane County, where she resides.
