A Parkersburg trio landed in Central Regional Jail in Flatwoods early Sunday morning following a brawl at the Millstone Inn, with the fracas continuing at a residence on Hughes Fork.
Michael Joe Barker, 21; Tara Lynn Biles, 23; and Misty Nichole Wright, 21, were charged with battery and destruction of property by the WV State Police.
Trooper S. B. McCullough, in the criminal complaint, said the trio began fighting with Travis Duelley at the Millstone Inn, "striking him," indicating Duelley responded.
A call from the establishment to 911 indicated the subjects were "tearing up the place."
The subjects left the establishment in a Dodge Neon, says the complaint, accompanied by Derrick Lamp, who was not involved in the fight, and about two hours later arrived in front of a house on Hughes Fork, between Hur and Joker.
Here the disturbance escalated, ending with nearly all the windows being broken in the Dodge Neon, and at least two windows being broken out in the nearby residence of Kevin Carpenter.
Carpenter called 911 for help shortly after 2 a.m.
State Police said the culprits used a garden hoe and other tools to damage the auto and house.
When Calhoun Sheriff Allen Parsons and Chief Deputy Carl Ballengee arrived, they discovered the Dodge Neon in the road.
Trooper McCullough arrested the trio. They have bonded-out of Central Regional Jail, and will be making an appearance in Calhoun Magistrate Court.
