| Karen Ann Bourne Burch, 48, of Nicut, West Virginia, died August 8, 2010 at her home.
She was born in Gassaway, WV, December 30, 1961, a daughter of Betty Helmick Bourne and the late Ronzel Paul Bourne.
She was a loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her brother, Kenneth Bourne; sister, Krystal Hardway; 3 children, Alicia Nicholas, James Houchin, Jr. and Miranda Nelson; 5 grandchildren, Cassidy Burrows, Caleb and Cody Nicholas, Tyler and Trenton Nelson. Also surviving are 3 nieces and 5 nephews, Kelcey, Holly and Dana Bourne of Arnoldsburg, Kayla, Josh and Matt Bourne of Ohio and Alex and Isiah Sidwell of Parkersburg.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her brother, Keith P. Bourne.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 11 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Rev. Roger Carter will officiate. Interment will be in Metz Cemetery, Nicut, WV.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 10 from 6-8 p.m.
