| Franklin "Bill" Sheppard, 72 of Palestine, West Virginia, passed away August 4, 2010 at Eagle Pointe, Parkersburg, WV.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday August 7 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth, WV. Interment will be at Two Runs Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Friday August 6 at the funeral home.
