| George Warden Hanna 80, departed from this world on July 30, 2010 from Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
He was born March 30, 1930 the son of the late George Washington and Ollie Davis Hanna.
He served in the United States Marines and retired from FMC in Parkersburg, WV.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and gardening his whole life.
He was very knowledgeable about the outdoors and a nature lover.
He is survived by 3 sisters, Floda Amburgey of Mineral Wells WV,
Fern Dunbar of Leavitsburg OH, Faye Dunbar of Elizabeth WV; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday, August 2nd at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth with Pastor Larry Greathouse officiating. Interment will be at Mt. William Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m.
